Luma House

The Wi-Fi network is available throughout the house.

If the connection becomes unstable, wait a few seconds and reconnect to the network. The router is located in the living room cabinet and normally does not need to be restarted.

You can enter Luma House using the key stored in the lockbox next to the main entrance.

Before your stay, the host will send you the current lockbox code privately.

After opening the door, please return the lockbox key immediately and use the house keys provided inside during your stay.

When leaving the house, always make sure the main door is properly locked.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and the appliances provided.

The induction hob is activated using the power control on the front panel. Pots and pans suitable for induction are stored in the lower drawers.

You’ll find basic cooking essentials such as salt, oil, coffee and tea in the cupboards.

Please load used dishes into the dishwasher before leaving. Dishwasher tablets are stored under the sink.

Heating and air conditioning are controlled by the thermostat in the living area.

Use the + and – buttons to adjust the temperature. Please avoid changing advanced settings.

For comfortable and efficient use, keep doors and windows closed while heating or air conditioning is running.

When you leave the house for several hours, please return the temperature to the recommended setting shown on the thermostat.

One parking space is reserved for Luma House directly beside the entrance.

Please use only the space marked for the house and keep the access lane clear at all times.

If you arrive with more than one vehicle, additional public parking is available a short walk from the house.

Please do not park in spaces reserved for neighbouring properties.

The washing machine is located in the utility area.

Laundry detergent is available on the shelf beside the machine. For everyday washing, we recommend using the standard programme at 30°C or 40°C.

A drying rack is provided for your use.

Please avoid running the washing machine late at night.

Please separate household waste into the labelled containers provided in the kitchen.

Use the appropriate bins for:

- general waste
- paper and cardboard
- glass
- plastic and metal
- organic waste

The outdoor collection area is located near the parking entrance.

Please empty the kitchen bins before check-out.

We want you to feel at home at Luma House. We simply ask you to take care of the house and respect the people around you.

If something is damaged or stops working, please let the host know as soon as possible.

Before leaving Luma House, please:

- place used dishes in the dishwasher
- empty the refrigerator of personal food
- take household waste to the collection area
- close all windows
- switch off lights and unnecessary appliances
- return the house keys to their original place

Please leave the house by 10:00 AM unless a different check-out time has been agreed with the host.

There is no need to carry out a full cleaning before departure.

For everyday groceries, Central Market is the closest option to Luma House. It offers fresh food, household essentials and a small bakery section.

For a larger selection, Greenway Supermarket is a few minutes farther away and is usually open throughout the day.

A small neighbourhood shop, Daily Corner, is also convenient for bread, drinks and basic items.
